Youth Skills Leadership Academy
The building blocks of godly leadership are faith, character, and skill. The development of faith, character and skill can help youth build a foundation to living a life of mission. Sessions are designed to help lead youth into a life of mission through experiential learning, discipleship and personal development. A life of mission can be explained as practically serving God where He has placed you. The curriculum is presented through:
Fun Experiential Learning Building Activities
Debrief & Application
Small Group Bible Discovery study
Life Skill Development in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and web technologies
What a typical lesson looks like is playing fun team building games, talking about what they experienced, connecting a spiritual value to their experience, and then sharing ways of applying it to their daily life. The last 45 mins or so is a time learning more about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and web technologies depending on the session-focus.
